ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FROM THE NCAA

1. Apply to Davis & Elkins College (www.dewv.edu)

2. Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center (www.ncaaclearinghouse.com),

at the end of your junior year of high school

3. E-mail your Social Security # and/or your NCAA ID # to your prospective coach

4. Send a current copy of official, sealed transcripts to:

B. NCAA Eligibility Center

5. Send official SAT (www.collegeboard.com) and/or ACT (www.ACTstudent.org) scores to:

A. Davis and Elkins College

B. NCAA Eligibility Center

6. Quick tool to estimate amount of eligibility for federal/state aid. Log on to

www.federalstudentaid.ed.gov and click "FAFSA4cast"

7. Schedule appointment to visit campus and possibly workout with prospective coach (Per NCAA Rules).

A. Must have had a physical within the past year

A copy of the physical must be with you for you to participate in a workout.

A copy of your latest high school physical is acceptable if done within the last year.

B. Must be in NCAA Eligibility Center system to participate in workout.

8. April of your senior year, log onto NCAA Eligibility Center and complete amateurism questions.

9. End of your senior year, send final official, sealed transcripts to:

B. NCAA Eligibility Center
