Raul Ovalle enters his fifth season as the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Davis & Elkins College.  A former professional and semi-professional player, Raul has served as the Assistant Coach for D&E Women’s Soccer since 2006 and has extensive experience managing soccer programs. 

  Before arriving at D&E he was the head coach at Delaware Technical Community College and also served as a volunteer assistant with West Virginia University's men's team.  He is also currently Chief Executive Officer of Valley Soccer Academy, a youth soccer academy based in North Central West Virginia, and has over 12 years experience developing and coaching youth players.

  Ovalle graduated form Old Dominion University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and played NCAA Division I soccer for four years. He has played professionally for 8 years with the Delaware Wizards, the Long Island Rough Riders, the New York All-Star Korean Tour team, the New York Freedom, the Europe-DVSC Net Forum Hungarian 1st Division team, the Westchester Flames and the Charleston Chaos. He holds a national "B" coaching license from the U.S. Soccer Federation.
