Dr. Mary Ann Deluca has been an integral part of Davis & Elkins for over 25 years, serving as both an Assistant Athletic Director and Chair of the Sport Science Department at her alma mater. Deluca currently serves the Athletic Department in a Special Advisor role.
Prior to returning to D&E, Deluca spent two years teaching physical education in the South Park and North Allegheny school districts in Pittsburgh.
After graduating from D&E, Deluca taught Physical Education in the Randolph County school system and spent the summers as an activities director at Seven Springs Resort. Â
The Blairsville, Pennsylvania native earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education at Davis & Elkins. She received a Master of Science in Psychomotor Development from West Virginia University and added a Doctorate degree in Physical Education from WVU.
Mary Ann resides in Elkins.
